Letterform Poster

Based on a famous peice of architecture, we were requested to design a poster featuring two letters inspired by the building itself.

I chose to design my letter-form based on an architectural structure designed by Zaha Hadid known as the London Aquatic Centre. Analysing the building and its interior, the building is designed with round heavy weighted areas defined by sharp edges. The interior is primarily blue and white with yellow accented areas. These aspects of the building drives the design idea behind this design rationale.
